点评：We just completed a tour of London and Paris. A good point of this trip was that we got to see many of the iconic landmarks in each city. From the start this trip was poorly organized. The communication between us and the company was poor. We did not receive our itinerary until about a week before we left. Messages left with company where not returned at a reasonable time. We asked about the need for an ETA and were told we didn’t need one. Then 4 days before we left we were told to apply for one. It was stated in the itinerary that transportation would be by motor coach. Our transportation in both cities was mostly on public transportation. As a senior group this was hard for some members to maneuver. While using the subway in Paris my husband and I were left behind. Our included dinner meals were limited in choice of what we could select with no beer, wine or drinks included. Any optional activities were unavailable because tickets needed to be purchased in advance and were already booked. Thank goodness for our tour guide, she was able to maneuver through all the changes the company kept making on her. We will NEVER use this company again and will recommend to our friends not to use them.
