点评：The venue is great, we've been many times now and would recommend, however some not all of the staff could use with more training in customer services, on one occasion I wanted to book a party for my child and his friends, I was told to wait in the seating area until the manager could speak to me, after around fifteen minutes a member of staff came over and said the manager is way to busy to speak to me so could I go!
Today I asked about the ticket machine as whenever we try to use it it comes up with one large popcorn, not our tickets, it does this every time we've tried, so I asked a member of staff, his golden advice was "if it was me, I'd never use it again" so nothing useful whatsoever, I get the feeling they aren't watched over very closely unfortunately, however some of the staff are great I must add, just a few spoil the experience in my opinion.
