Very disappointing and very expensive
The Spa at The Oulton Club的点评
点评：My children bought me a deluxe pedicure for my birthday . When i arrived it wasn't set up for a deluxe pedicure . I was looking forward to the heated boots as i have arthritis, I was told they were not included . They were ! The lady went to get them and they were cold when put on and then they kept coming undone so i didn't feel the benefit of the heat which was disappointing.
I couldn't relax as the door was wedged open and the corridor noise was loud, cups clattering, people up and down talking and the noise of the wheeled towel box on the floor ,when I commented on the noise, the door was not closed.
The foot massage lasted 3 minutes max, and was lovely but not long enough and not relaxing due to the noise .
It really wasn't worth £85 unfortunately!
The staff, at the beginning were deciding which treatment they were going to do, with the information sheets filled in by the customer . They were laughing and commenting on things that had been written on the confidential notes. It wasn't nice hearing them makes comments like " No idea, what the hell this is " and " I'm not doing that one ." One of the staff said " joking aside , who is doing what."
Very unprofessional and rather unkind . I will not be returning .
