点评：I went to Vita in Gillingham for a restyle, wash and blow dry today for my birthday. It was my first time and I had booked in with Chloe.
The building is lovely, it was tastefully decorated and quiet, with calming music playing.
Chloe was cheerful and inviting from the beginning; I sat in the chair and she brushed my hair out for me while we discussed what I wanted. The wash was gentle and thorough, she massaged the conditioner in which was divine. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe. I was offered a cup of tea. Chloe cut and the styled my hair exactly the way I asked, she also checked in often to make sure the length was ok as I had a fair amount cut off! Conversation was light and easy, we had a giggle and I was very very happy with the results. I am already looking forward to my next visit and because we had discussed a colour refresh at my next appointment, Chloe did a quick patch test before I left. Thank you so much Chloe!
