点评:Even if you have a chance sighting of bears and wolves in Yellowstone this center is well worth a visit.
The ticket is good for two days - great for scheduling. There are other rescued animal attractions including owls, falcons, bald eagles, and river otters. Time of day and season may cause changes in viewing opportunities.
There is a schedule posted in the center of the outdoor plaza with all sorts of lectures listed. The naturalists are well informed and give a thorough talk. They were available afterwards for questions and discussions. There are also informational kiosks and posters.
Check with the center for the best times to see the bears and wolves as they have specific times they may not be active or available to see.
We used the two days to break up our visit between morning and afternoon. Between the two days we observed the wolves being very active with their pacing and playful antics with each other. The bears are rotated in and out of the viewing area. We did see quite a few individual bears, each with their own "personality."
The birds were somewhat still in their aviary cage, but the eagles were quite noisy with their squawking. There was only one otter about in the indoor pool, but it was quite the swimmer.
