Very nice pool area, not so pleasant staff

点评：We spent two days in the aqua park. Very nice pool area, kids loved it. Pools are warm, as well as the surrounding area.
Still, even though the hotel is "kids friendly", I didn't find it being so. We encountered few situations with the staff being unpleasant and not understanding the needs of the two year old. Just as an example, I was jugged by the staff for washing my child on the sink, as there are no shower handles in the shower area. The lady on the reception was impatiently trying to explain to my two year old in english where to put the tag to leave the hotel (should I mention we are not native english).
The restaurant (cantina) is decent, but you will not find much more than the fried meat and potatoes (we had a late lunch, maybe its better earlier in a day).
Overall, we had a nice time, as we came to enjoy pool area anyways.
