点评:We booked to see Gladiator on 23rd November at 16.30 in screen2, unfortunately when we arrived at 16.20 the queue for Wicked had been poorly managed and formed a lengthy line on the pavement outside. Both myself and another customer asked if we could be allowed in so that we didn't miss the start of our film, for which we had made bookings online. A female cashier rudely replied that this not possible as the Wicked film was due to start before ours and they had to get 300 people into screen 1 before us. Screen 2 only holds around 40 customers. It would have taken about 15 minutes to process us instead of leaving us standing outside in a storm with no hope of being in our seats before the film began. Very poorly organised tonight and one person in particular needs some remedial training in customer service. We didn't stay and won't be returning.
