Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service, No Delivery, No Accountability

点评：I placed an order with Jua Furniture on March 1st for one armchair, one rocking chair, and a footstool. It’s now the end of May, and I still have not received my order.
Despite confirming that everything would be ready in three weeks, they later claimed they didn’t have the correct fabric. I even offered to switch fabrics to avoid delay—but then they suddenly said they found it. When they finally sent me a photo of the chairs, only one had been made in the correct fabric. The other was upholstered in a completely different color I never approved.
Naturally, I said this wasn’t acceptable. They promised to fix it, but weeks have passed and nothing has been done.
Throughout this entire process:
I’ve had to chase them—calling, messaging, and even visiting their store.
They never update me proactively.
They’ve taken a large deposit, but have not delivered either the products or the service.
All I ever hear is “soon, soon, soon.” But it’s been three months of empty promises.
