Worst spa experience .

点评：Was very disappointed with the spa facilities. The place is run down and disgusting. Toilets not flushing, one changing room for the spa, the shower had hairs all over- very off putting. Only one steam room and one sauna was in use another let down. The steam room had this wet dog smell which was foul. The relaxation room was not relaxing at all very cold and the loungers were very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was dirty and had fluff floating about!!!! I didn’t even step foot into the swimming pool it was so off putting! Now the afternoon tea by the time my afternoon tea came my latte was ice cold, very poor selection of sandwiches all of which were chicken/egg/salmon/tuna even after telling them one of us were vegetarian. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now to the treatments, I got a head massage and back massage. The head massage was done without any oil!! It was painful, the back massage was average. My treatment room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling! Not worth the money at all and not at all relaxing. I am so disappointed. It’s very deceiving to call it a 5 star spa when the facilities are more like a 3 star. Save your money and don’t come here as you won’t be going home feeling relaxed.
