点评：So let’s start with the positives:
Arrived in a Tuesday morning around 10.30am in early July.
Parking easy by coin/card at €1 pre paid at a machine per hour. You need your car registration.
Good value entrance fee at €6 per adult. Check out my photo of all the pricing options.
Lovely and cool inside as it was 32c outside and car was 46c inside when we returned.
Now some of the negatives or realities:
It is very narrow to access and within the grotto caves themselves. I would not recommend for anyone with any mobility challenges .
It is recommended to take a guided tour (every 30 mins) but when we arrived a tour had just left that was all Italian. The next tour was a bus full of OAPs that was in Italian. And they expected the following tour would be all Italian. The guide indicated no demand for English speaking tours so best to just tag along to an existing tour which we did.
To be honest I think they should offer some more explanation cards in English to assist. I fully acknowledge limited light and no WiFi/mobile coverage below ground so not really sure what the solution is.

If anyone in a group stops to take photos everyone is immediately blocked behind them. And if they do this several times during the tour you get the picture.
Fully acknowledge this is a natural environment so not expecting any changes.
Would only recommend this location for those who speak fluent Italian or have lots of time to wait till enough English speakers congregate.

里面非常狭窄，一旦有一组人进去，其他人就不能再进去，直到他们走到尽头再出来。
如果一个团体里有人停下来拍照，其他人就会立刻被挡在身后。如果他们在参观过程中多次这样做，你就能拍到照片了。
我完全承认这是一个自然环境，所以不要期待任何变化。
只推荐给那些能说流利意大利语或有足够时间等到足够多英语使用者聚集的人。
