Swimming pool timings

Swimming pool lanes all empty, only the last one is occupied with kids lessons.
Pool being closed for kids lessons until 12 o clock, however no kids came for lessons due to fire evacuation, according to one of the lifeguard.
11:45 they wouldn’t let me in to the swimming pool because there are lessons (empty lanes though).
I was invited to waiting in the changing room.
Now, kids lessons only until 12 fair enough, even if majority of adults have only the Saturday to go to the swimming pool too.
Is that necessary to close the whole swimming pool and is even more necessary to not make us use the swimming when it’s empty only because it’s not 12 o clock yet?
I’d suggest some customer service trainings, or perhaps awareness to those who made these decisions.
These 15 min gave me time to write this review, keep it up well done 👏🏻
