Wonderful experience seeing "Hunchback"

点评：We were delighted with our experience seeing "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" at the Washington County Playhouse. This is a small venue, which allows the audience to clearly hear the singing and dialog, and to see the expressions on the faces of the actors. The acting, singing and dancing were high quality.
Dinner was a choice of chicken or fish, scalloped potatoes and two vegetables, plus a soft drink or coffee/tea. We had the fish, and it was cooked just right. It's not a fancy, gourmet meal, but tasty. Alcoholic beverages are available, too.
As with other dinner theaters I've attended, the actors do the serving and clean-up. This provided a chance to chat with an actor, and develop a kinship with the performers.The size and arrangement of the theater give the experience an intimacy that most musicals, and other dinner theaters I've visited lack. It was a great experience, and I expect we'll be back.
