点评：I went along for the gin experience today on my own which isn’t usually something I would entertain. I was met by the hosts Kate and Poppy who were both welcoming without being overbearing. The actual experience was fantastic with lots of knowledge imparted and the opportunity to make my own gin using the wide array of botanicals on offer. The tour of the facilities was also a particular highlight for me, I didn’t realise we had something so impressive on our doorstep.
If you are looking for something different to do with a few hours of your life then I really cannot rate this highly enough. I also thought it was a great touch that they save the recipe for your own masterpiece so you can have it recreated if it’s a hit, even down to using the same still. The attention to detail is what makes this place so magical so kudos to the whole team, you have made something very special here!
