Fairmont Hot Springs Resort的点评
点评：Disappointing from the beginning, and completely overpriced. Charging $299 per night, and we stayed for two nights. Our room was never cleaned, which is always tough with two kids and needing more towels. The staff was halfway there, and the slide was closed. We all had itchy skin afterwards, and needed to take a trip into Anaconda to buy more lotion for all of us. There were no bottles of water for sale in the complex, which we found odd. The pool was dirty, with hair skimming all around, and seemed like it was not ever cleaned. When I told the staff at checkout that we felt the experience was overpriced - even before they added the 8% Lodging Tax and the "Daily Resort Fee". This was one experience that we wish we could take back, and if it weren't for the whole family making the best of it - we would have left early. Needless to say, we won't be back. In my opinion, they are struggling and will close in a year or two.
