Potential but experience is deteriorating

点评：My nieces love the Everyman experience and so do I. You pay a premium but you go for more than the film. Recent experiences at Walton are worsening with the worst being recently where we arrived twenty minutes early so we could relax in the bar with drinks and food then order more during movie. The staff refused to serve saying they had too many orders for screen one and we would need to wait for screen two to open . There were quite a few staff and there was only us waiting at the bar to be served. This seemed absolutely the wrong customer service decision. We had to sit with nothing for fifteen minutes in bar then wait to have order taken once in screen. This is in combination with being able to see into the kitchen and seeing chaos with stuff all over the floor and wondering whether basic hygiene is being met. Hope it can be reviewed soon and meanwhile esher Everyman has been a good alternative
