点评:Went into it by mistake, I was looking for the Museum of Hartlepool. I went into the shop, couldn't see any signs so followed people going through a door, past a bloke on the till who was very interested in his phone. Wandered past some pretend shops and up to exhibits upstairs. Still could have been Hartlepool Museum. Only when I went into the café and saw the logos on the staffs tops did I realise this was the Navy Museum. I went back to the shop to ask where it was and then realised where it was. At last!
I must say the Museum I entered by mistake was very nice, but as I'm not interested in in ships it was not my cup of tea. Not the museum's fault, but mine.
But the staff were decidedly uninterested in any contact with me. The bloke on the till never looked up from his phone, I walked through the moored ship, and a bloke dressed in an old mariners outfit looked up from his book, decided I was harmless and went back to reading. And I was the only person on board. Less said about the café the better. Lets just say it wasn't very good.
Sorry about all the above, but I think the staff should take a little notice of customers, especially as I should have paid to get in.
