点评：Please be AWARE! Have experience with them over a multiple years (+/- 7 years) and always was good. However last experience of my girlfriend taking lessons ended up in serious knee injury. Skiing can be dangerous but this was due to the teacher missing a bump and my girlfriend FULLY following the instructions. Also the aftermath was a massive surprise: they didn’t do a follow up. When I called their office to ask what actually happened nobody knew about the incident. My girlfriend was dropped off to the taxi and at the doctors office they also asked what happened: nobody knew. After contacting the owner I was surprised they couldn’t solve anything: no get well flowers, no refund, no voucher. It took from March till August to get me this far to write a review. This company is a disgrace to Saas-Fee and if all goes well people are happy but if you get an injury do to WRONG INSTRUCTIONS they claim there is no responsibility. My girlfriends knee will never be the same and booked this private lessons because of safety. Will consider to upload the WhatsApp messages so you can see their communication AFTER receiving the payment!
翻译：请务必留意！我多年以来（约7年）一直与他们合作，情况一直都很好。然而最近我女友去上滑雪课，结果膝盖受了重伤。虽然滑雪本身存在一定风险，但这次事故是因为教练没能注意到路面上的凸起物，而我女友又完全按照指示行事所致。更令人震惊的是事后处理：他们根本没有进行任何后续跟进。当我打电话到他们的办公室询问究竟发生了什么时，竟然没人知道有这起事故。我的女朋友被送到出租车上后，在诊所里医生也询问发生了什么：没人知道。在联系了公司负责人后，让我惊讶的是他们根本解决不了任何问题：既没有送来慰问鲜花，也没有退款或提供代金券。从三月一直到八月，我才终于有机会写下这条评价。这家公司简直是萨斯费的耻辱；如果一切顺利，顾客自然会开心，但要是因为他们的错误指引而导致受伤，他们却声称自己毫无责任。我女朋友的膝盖再也无法恢复如初了，出于安全考虑，我才预约了这些私人课程。我考虑把WhatsApp上的聊天记录发出来，这样大家就能看到付款后她们的交流内容了！
