点评:This was our 2nd visit to this State park, mind you 17 years apart. We chose this park to explore the park and the surrounding area. We had a back-in space in the M-loop which provided more privacy.
Somethings to note:
There were no garages in the washrooms, shower area nor and paper towel dispensers.
There were no doggy poop bags nor and garbages to dispose of the dog poop. Many other state parks have the poop bags on a post with the poop garbage. All garbage and recycling is centrally located on the main road to the loops. There is recycling.
There was a large homeless population residing across the street from the main entrance beside the KOA. They’ve moved since a new housing community is being built. We observed homeless people entering the park later in the evening. We didn’t have any issues with our items being stolen though with the warning of a issue in the area, we ensured that our belongings were locked away.
