Prepare To Wait 50 Minutes Just For Coffee

点评：Booked a table in advance for Cafe & Whisky Tasting. There are 3 main sitting areas. When only half full, they could not cope with drink or food orders. Young staff running around busy but achieving nothing. We had to chase up our coffee order (x3 drinks) four times and it took just over 50minutes to arrive on top of the 15minutes waiting for staff to take our original order.
Glad we didnt order food or we might have been there hours. Other visitors also having to chase up their orders.... complete shambles.
Didnt bother with whisky tasting after waiting so long.
Place looked intetesting, but very poor management lets the whole thing down.
If you visit and you see more than 20 visitors I suggest you give this a miss.... or prepare to spend a VERY long time getting frustrated.
