Very impressed with Potters 5 Lakes Resort!
Potters Resorts Five Lakes Golf Club的点评
点评：This was our first ever visit to a Potters Resort.
We found out on the day we were travelling to 5 Lakes that Potters Resorts were voted best UK resort by the Which? Magazine Readers Survey. We found out why during our 4-night stay.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was well furnished, comfortable, spotless, and kept clean and stocked with supplies daily.
All meals are included, breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you are still hungry there is a midnight snack available. We didn’t try the midnight snack, but all the other food was of good quality and we had no complaints. Drinks were also included and brought to your table. The restaurant was split into three parts, so no problem queuing for the carvery/buffet. Dishes can also be ordered direct from the kitchen.
Potters have a particularly good ordering system for bars and the theatre, where you go to an ordering point, order your drinks and return to your table where the drinks are delivered to your table. No hanging around at the bar waiting for your drink to be poured or mixed.
Evening entertainment was easily of West End standard with a big cast of performers. The shows were very professionally done. We did the backstage tour which was really interesting.
There are loads of activities to do during the day. We did Archery, Welly Wanging, Golf Buggy Driving, Disc Golf, Rally Karts (very popular so there was a queue, although it was efficiently organized), Mixed and Virtual Reality, Pool, Cloud Archery, Mini Drones, Swimming, Par 3 golf and some silly indoor and outdoor games. In the evening we took part in the Bingo sessions (dabbers available at the well-stocked shop!).
We watched the England Euros semi final in the Garden Bar which made for a great atmosphere on that night.
We will definitely go again if only to do all the activities we didn’t have time to do on this visit!
