Nice Beach but for a fee

点评：We were driving around Bahrain and seeing some sites outside of Manama and planned to come here around sunset. We were surprised they were charging a fee of 2 BHD per person to use the beach so we didn't go in because we felt the fee would be wasted with such a short amount of time and just looked around for a few minutes and left. We would plan to spend more time here if we knew there was a fee but didn't think it would be worth it with the short amount of time.
The parking lot and road to enter the area is undergoing some maintenance as of April 2025 and according to road signs in the area this beach may not be accessible during Bahrain's F1 because it is close to this beach and you need a car pass to drive around the F1 area.
The beach has some facilities but we think it is a shame that there is a fee because we are used to being able to access beaches without fees in many other countries we have visited.
