A beautiful national park, so glad we were able to go

点评：We took the boat from Grand Portage to Rock Harbor. This is a long day, and you need to take your own food, and be sure to take seasick meds if you are likely to have a problem. The boat across to the island was a fun trip, talking to people from all over the world.
We stayed at the Rock Harbor Lodge and enjoyed our room with its view of the water and the peace and quiet.
We ate at both Greenstone Grill and the Lighthouse Restaurant and both were great.
We did some shorts hikes around Rock Harbor, and we took 2 tours, the Edisen Fishery tour and the Raspberry Island tour. Both were great. I reviewed the Edisen Fishery tour elsewhere, so I will just add here that Raspberry Island is small and you can walk all the way around as well as through a bog with amazing plants including carnivorous plants. We saw many pitcher plants.
We did have a lot of rain, and mosquitoes, while we were there, so be prepared when you go.
