点评：The boardwalk trail wraps around the springs and gives you these stunning, up-close views of the water. It’s so clear and blue it almost looks painted.
The manatees were the real highlight. Even from the trails, you can see them glide right beneath the surface. Peaceful, slow, and kind of surreal. There’s something really calming about watching them.
The paths are easy to follow and well-maintained, with plenty of spots to stop and take in the view. It’s an ideal slow afternoon—especially during manatee season, when the weather is cooler and the springs are full of life.
It’s also surprisingly educational. There are signs all throughout the walk with facts about manatees, local wildlife, the springs themselves, and how the area is being preserved. You leave knowing more, and caring more.
If you’re in the area and not planning to kayak or swim, don’t skip it. The land experience is beautiful on its own!
