Temporary broom cupboard whilst the original is refurbished

点评：Be very careful as the main Lounge is being refurbished at the end of April 2026 and the temporarray longe is more like a broom cupboard.
I had been looking forward to spending a couple of hours relaxing in what your website presents as an exceptional lounge experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. I found the lounge to be extremely small, with no natural light, and more akin to a temporary waiting area than a premium lounge. The food selection was poor, the space was untidy, with used dishes and glassware left around, and overall it did not resemble the experience I had been led to expect from the website.
After subsequently discussing with the lady at reception, I was informed that this is only a temporary lounge while the main lounge is being refurbished. This was not disclosed to me when I booked. Had I known the actual circumstances and the nature of the temporary facility, I would not have made the booking.
