A LOUNGE NAIA Terminal 3的点评
点评：I First encountered the "Pay Lounge" in the Philippines back in 2013, Visiting the "Club Manila" lounge in Terminal 1. It cost us 750php each. Comfortable seats, plenty of food and drink available free fast wi-fi and big comfy chairs. This is me, so every year I went to the Philippines since, Club Manila. Great. Covid hit and I stopped travelling for a few years, returning last year, Flying QANTAS, and now i'm in Terminal 3. Well last year, there's no room at the inn, so no lounge for me, had to sit on the cold steel seat waiting for 3 hours for my plane. So this year, I got online to place a booking. "No Problem, there will be plenty of walk in available. Well...
This year, the price has risen to 1500php. So 4500php for the wife, child and myself. So that's $118 dollars that would get me a pretty nice Chinese meal at a restaurant, but in we go, The place is packed and we had to kindly ask someone to move so we could sit together, which they graciously did (Thank you again, whomever you were). The Wifi was terribly slow, the food was beyond atrocious. Something labeled Bolognaise, which was some sort of dried out brown stuff over almost dead penne. Italian Sausages, which looked like a white boiled sausage. Stale Bread, Some disastrous looking Minced spam and rice thing. and that was about it. I was a bit hungry trying the sausage, yuck, tried the pasta, yuck. My daughter had a slice of bread and a sprite, my wife a noodle cup, and myself a can of coke. I don't know what was in the water my wife used, but she was violently ill on the plane home, Next trip, I'm gonna get a noodle cup from the little snack bar downstairs and go sit on the tin seat. I'll save a hundred bucks and be much much better off. Whoever runs that lounge needs to be immediately sacked, and the next person needs to go and have a look how to run a lounge properly. In the interim everyone, stay away for your sanity and health.
