Big Tub Lighthouse的点评
点评：I suppose in the nice weather you could take a coffee and sit on one of the benches. Otherwise this is a 15 minute, “get out of the car, click a photo and move on” stop.
There is a lighthouse tower, an outhouse, a few benches, and a couple of info signs.
The lighthouse is right at the parking lot and there is private property in either side so there is nowhere to take a walk or see any other views. Apparently in the good weather people swim here and other reviews mentioned scuba diving.
Lastly, beware the parking. You have to pay $5 for an hour with no shorter duration available and when I put the location into the app it was going to park me somewhere in Kentucky. The proximity feature worked and I was able to pay for the right lot.
I saw the local tour boat go by so if you are taking a boat tour skip the $5 parking and snap a picture of it from the boat.
