点评：Had tickets for a musical called Motown. The production canceled on the day we were to attend due to sickness. I was given other tickets which were absolutely terrible. They were on the 2nd floor against the wall and we could not even see the stage. I complained saying the tickets I originally had were excellent seats. There was a table on 2nd floor center stage that was not occupied. They sat us in the e=seat for about 5 minutes but the people that had come late it was their seats. Told them I was not going back to the original seats against the wall and would rather leave. They said we could have seats on the 1st floor against the wall, but they were unable to get us 3 seats together and wanted to separate us. The way they handled this situation was not at all very professional and did not offer anything to make it right. I even joined the subscription where we bought 3 sets of tickets for other performances. After those are done, I am done with this company.
