点评:Had an awful experience at Villa Toscano on December 28th. My friend is a member and we stopped to have a tasting and for her to pick up a few shipments. She wanted to taste some of the wines she had in her shipments to see if she wanted to trade them out. The person in the office, Kelly, told her she may not be able to get a tasting because the were busy. They were a bit busy but there were only 3 of us with one be a member you would think they could fit us in. But nope. So my friend asked to trade a few of her wines to Erika. Kelly said no per owners they can not trade out to Erika while shoving a piece of paper say this into my friends face. My friend said they have done this in the past. Kelly said that can’t be true. So my friend cancelled her membership and Kelly could not careless. Kelly has awful customer service and should not have any contact with customers. I used to belong to this winery years and was thinking rejoining, needless to say that is not happing. Funny thing, throughout the tasting room there were signs “customer appreciation month”. Kelly did not get that memo.
FYI my friend was there a month ago with her parents that purchased 5 cases of wine.
