点评:We took the Happy Train from Stalis around Malia and back, had a lovely trip and when we stopped the Happy Train reps were lovely.
Then we decided to go the Krassi a few days later, we asked the rep if we had to pre book, and he said “no you can pay on the train”
We went to sweet corner for breakfast first and then went to sit on the benches behind the Happy Train spot, the train was due at 9. It was 8:58 and this lady pulled up
on her bike and was so obviously visibly stressed at this point because she was late and now had a large group of people.
I approached her and asked, “is it still ok to pay onboard” she shouted, “who are you?” I explained calmy that we were told we don’t have to book and if there is space we can jump
on and pay on the train. She barked back “who are you, are you on my list” I told her to stop shouting and not to be so rude, she said she hadn’t had a coffee yet, I replied it’s no excuse
to be rude. Shame a rude employee can make the difference between a good review and bad one. We stayed the week 22-29 Aug, that should narrow down who your rude employee is.
