Theatre reputation is becoming tarnished

点评：This poor review is concerning unresolved issues with inconsiderate guests spoiling the concert for others and allowed to do so with no real enforcement on the part of the venue. Alcohol is over served and the night we were there resembled a scene out of the movie Roadhouse (without the fist fighting). Totally out of hand, a drunk free for all for some. There should be zero tolerance for this.
My partner, along with several strangers in our row got up on several occasions to inform the theatre of what was happening but the crew misbehaving was handled with kid gloves. Security should have been called by the employees but no one did. This issue is not a one off. We spoke to security as we were leaving early and they stated they would have to resolve the lack of communication but one wonders how many times has that has been told to guests leaving?
Tickets and food/drinks are expensive and everyone should be allowed a pleasant concert experience. Because of this, we wont be back unless management can come up with a real solution and not just apologies.`
