点评：We last visited this place years ago and thought we were due another family day out.
Firstly, extremely overcrowded even though you have to book.
Secondly, it's about time adults realised that kids also need to see and standing behind children means everyone gets to look not just the grown ups. The ignorance in here is rife.
Staff are friendly and do educational talks if you can hear them.
The cafe is ridiculously over priced. The food here used to be amazing and I know that prices go up however if I have to pay restaurant prices I expect a better standard. Do better!
Don't go on a weekend.
The gift shop is nice and has some very reasonably priced souvenirs.
Your ticket allows you to attend for another 12 months free. Which is good. It didn't take us long to get round in the sea of other guests but as we have a school age child we didn't have a choice.
Probably won't be going back which is a shame.
