点评：Upon arrival, we purchased four multi-use tickets to spend a significant portion of the day at the center.
Everything went smoothly until we attempted to check in and visit the butterfly exhibit. Two employees working in the butterfly area denied us access to the public space we had paid to visit.
This incident triggered my disability flare-up, potentially ruining the entire day for myself and my family. My wife approached the original counter at the Perry Cave section, and the worker acknowledged the mistake and offered us rock sifting bags as an alternative.
While I appreciate the offer and it helped salvage the majority of our day, I feel compelled to address the issue of proper communication and training for employees who encounter disabled individuals.
I enjoyed the cave and miniature golf, but I would have loved to see the butterflies with my daughter. I trust that employees will be educated to allow individuals with disabilities who use life-saving medical devices such as service animals to visit the center.
I hope this matter is resolved, and future visits will be permitted.
