点评:My wife and I were in Australia for the first time.
We wanted to see native animals close up and even touch and pet them, if we wanted to (no crocodiles, thank you!)
Love seeing the koalas, wombats, kangaroos up close, and even able to pet and feed them.
It was also interesting and fun to see crocodiles chasing a curator around a small pond, demonstrating how crocs go after their prey.
We also saw crocodiles on a nature cruise.
Interesting that there were fresh water and salt water alligators here, in addition to the crocodiles. Interesting show on feeding a crocodile and how the person had to be extremely careful in dangling food out to the crocodile, or in many cases, simply splashing water and watching the crocodile snap at the water.
Continuing our walk through the rainforests on boardwalks, we saw many wild birds, reptiles, and wallabies roaming around.
There were visits with koalas, feeding of kangaroos, and wildlife naturalists to talk about these furry creatures.
Very good and informative staff.
This is a MUST-SEE!! So much to see!!
