Crystal Mountain的点评
点评：Spent 5 nights in a 5 bedroom Mountainside Condo at Crystal Mountain. Overall we had a very good experience. We were there on a golf trip however we did not play either of the two courses on property.
The resort is very clean at all times and beautifully landscaped. The employees are helpful, friendly, professional and well trained. Our condo was very nice however a bit dated especially the kitchen. Keep in mind that the "5th bedroom" could be loft and not an enclosed bedroom which was the case with our unit. There only one HVAC unit for a 3 floor unit so the 3rd floor was warm while the basement floor was very chilly. The real issue with the resort is that it's very remote and basically in the middle of nowhere. The closest decent grocery store (Meijer) is in Cadillac which is 35 minutes away. The other issue is food/restaurants. There are 3 dinner options on property. The pizza option is take out only. The Thistle is higher end with entrees from mid $20's to lower $50's. We ate at the Wild Tomato twice which has entrees, sandwiches, salads, etc.. The food was decent but certainly not great and resort pricing. The closest option for off property restaurants is in Frankfort, Mi. which is a 20 - 25 drive. We probably would not return to Crystal Mountain due to remote location and lack of food/restaurants options.
