A bit of a disappointment-
保时捷博物馆的点评
点评：We are a huge German car family so we have experienced the Mercedes-Benz Museum and the BMW Welt.
First of all, I will say I had already heard from my oldest son we would be disappointed and we were .
We arrived very hungry and they have a really great café so we stopped in and ate. Had a cappuccino and a beer. It was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. .
The pamphlet will show that the original car driven by Steve McQueen , the GULF Tag Heuer car…. It makes you believe the car is actually there and it is not. First disappointment..
I guess we should have done our research that would be our fault . The car is privately owned and occasionally is brought there for display.
We went during a very slow time in early May so that was a plus . There were some lovely cars odd to me. The other places have a lot of prototypes of new vehicles, etc., and there were not any.
It was nice to see a lot of the older cars and the race cars . Some beautiful things to view..
Very clean and immaculate , and clean restrooms, which is obviously important to a lot of us.
I would say you can spend one hour or so there and do and see everything we spent a couple of hours since we ate .
It did appear that there was a Porsche driving type thing where you could actually drive a car, but I was unsure there were a lot of people crowded around -that would be very cool if that were the case we did not inquire about that.
When you visit the city, it’s a good idea to go and knock it off a bucket list, but nothing compares to the Mercedes-Benz museum , I had already been, but my husband had not, and it was closed because of an event.
