点评：Booked the wine tasting and ploughmans platter lunch at $35 per head.
Warmly greeted by Jo - the cellar door manager, who really went out of her way to make our visit as pleasurable as possible.
Huge platter with variety of meats, cheeses, olive bread, gourmet crackers nuts,apricots and variety of pickles! All accompanied by a large glass of their superb brut. Plenty of water available all the time and responsible drinking heavily promoted!
As it was a beautiful sunny day, Jo had organised for us and another group to all sit out on the patio. Beautiful suurounds and so peaceful and relaxing!
There was jinga and other games for people to play on the lawns as well as bean bags.
Then inside for wine tasting with Jo being very knowledgeable about the winery's history and the various wines. Offered tastings of every wine in their range including their top bottle retailing at over $100!
As Jo was only staff member on it did become a bit difficult for her when a few other groups all arrived at same time. However everyone was there to enjoy themselves and just went with the flow.
Very pleasant atmosphere made fora lovely afternoon.
Our only advice is book ahead if you want food (which we did!) as platters are only prepared for those who book. Those who just turn up may not be able to get food depepending on number of people. It's a smaller winery so they dont cater for huge numbers.
Prices for wines are very reasonable with most being $20- $30 per bottle.
