点评：Perth CBD is just the same as any boring western CBD Macca KFC BK Gucci Louis Vuitton Myer - there is this subtle yet obvious undertone here of unhappiness & people really hurt and struggling to survive literally ending up on the street in huge numbers.

Northbridge Perth's tragedy ! full of great looking restaurants & bars empty of guests most of the time. Its awful, constant sirens a huge police presence a huge homeless maligned population extending across the CBD . I've seen repetitive inappropriate over response by an excessive police presence, its ugly offensive & a very poor reflection on our ability to care and manage this matter in a human way.
A total failure by all parties & virtually a police & welfare state from the city living perspective. More Evidence our western democracies our values are in real & rapid decline. Nobody really cares.
Unfortunate unkept & desperate homeless people swarming the city parks & benches with all there belonging trolleys with suitcases. This is REALLY BAD - A TOTAL CRISIS & the main thing they are throwing at it looks like heavy handedness. Just a constant dispersal of Authority to deal inappropriately. with a social issue. Its ineptitude that will ensure this wont change.
I feel its gotten worse since i was here for one month in November.
It is evident that there are no valuable tourists here & the customer service in a local watering hole confirmed with us its Backpackers seeking mine opportunities & business travelers only. He see's no regular tourist whatsoever.
I can see why.
