A very well put together museum.

点评：It helps if you have no real knowledge of the history or how the RFDS works and then you will get the maximum out of a village here. A well-structured museum where you watch an explanatory video of the history of the service and then have the opportunity of donning virtual reality headsets to experience how it works in reality, before looking around a well-constructed and extremely informative museum section.
We were fortunate in that we arrived after a tour party, who were already in the video room and were invited to make use of the VR headsets whilst we waited for the next showing. And by the time we came out of there the tour party had finished with the museum, so we had that and the example plane virtually to ourselves. I would certainly agree with others that this is a must do if you are staying in Alice.
