Perfect short getaway
Addlethorpe Golf & Country Club的点评
点评：We stayed here for 5 days with my partner and our 2 year old son.
Pros
The view was beautiful. In the morning you can see hares and pheasants. At sundown you get the most beautiful sunsets over the golf course. Lots of wildlife.
The location on a golf course was really nice. Never was bothered by the golf activities and it actually was nice to watch.
Lodge was very clean.
Given a complimentary plum loaf with jams and also milk for tea and coffee when we arrived. Loved that.
Hot tub was very clean.
Was quiet and peaceful.
Close to the beach.
Loved that our hot tub was on the decking and not located on the ground.
Wifi was easy to access and also worked really well. I worked from the lodge one evening using my work laptop.
Cons
The plug holes in the shower and bath were quite stained. Could do with a deep clean.
Dishwasher tablets provided were not very effective at cleaning the dishes. Luckily we brought our own.
Driveway as you drive onto the Golf Course is stoney and bumpy. For a better first experience would recommend them getting the entrance landscaped.
