希尔斯维尔保护区的点评
点评：The place is a nice and cute experience. You get to see a wide variety of the native animals and birds and the place is green and beautiful , close to the natural habitat of the animals.
They have a variety of shows and animal talks at different timings. Better find out in advance so that you can plan your itinerary inside sanctuary accordingly. We saw the bird show which was pretty interesting. On many of other animal enclosures , there were timings for the animal talks where they probably explain about the particular animal. They have tried to create an environment as natural as possible and close to their natural habitat. The efforts they make for the conservation is appreciable. Most of the bird enclosures have been very thoughtfully designed.
My lost favourite was Koala , Kangaroo and some variety of birds.
They also have animal experiences where they explain in detail and you could learn about the particular animal in detail. That would cost extra and could be a little pricey.
At the ticket window, they handover a map of the place. Plan it out considering the animal talks that you would like to attend. The place has a snack shop offering a variety of stuff. The food was good and we were pretty hungry after the tour.
The time for the tour depends upon how much time you spend in each place. I would say the minimum is 3 hrs. Could take upto 5 hrs if you tour leisurely.
