Worth it for both the pinnacles and the stars. Just avoid the heat of the day.

点评：Awesome! Go during early morning or late evening to best avoid the heat in summer. Went in at about 5pm and stayed till just before it closed at 9pm. Kids loved seeing the pinnacles and the drive loop is a nice way to view them (can prob do it in a car, soft roader definitely). Stop whenever you want to look at something and pull over and get out for a walk if you fancy, there’s a lot of freedom to walk around and take your time. We stayed to watch a beautiful sunset from the lookout and waited till the stars came out. Probably the best stargazing experiences we’ve ever had! Despite the kids typically not being enthusiastic about the outing in the first place they absolutely loved it once we were there. Make sure you have some warmer clothes on hand if you plan to stay late. Despite the 35deg temp during the day the wind during the night had the kids complaining it was too cold. Thankfully they toughed it out and had an amazing experience they will remember forever.
