点评：This place is uniquely beautiful. I wish I understood the geology that made it that way! There are some truly stunning walks. Of the ones we did, the walk into Cathedral Gorge was the most spectacular. It was so beautiful I could not stop taking photos. I would recommend doing the Cathedral Gorge walk around sunrise. The early morning light on the rock is just gorgeous, and brings out some remarkable colours. You will also avoid the crowds. It is worth booking to be guided through the gorge by an indigenous guide. We were guided by Bec, and she was amazing. I learned a lot.
The campsites in the Bungle Bungles are extremely well-maintained by the national parks service, including toilets. What is not so well maintained is the entry road - be prepared for a very bumpy ride into the park.
I would also highly recommend the helicopter flights. You get a perspective on the ranges that is not possible from the ground.
