Poor service, poor customer service and don't expect to get your money back if anything goes wrong.

点评：Came here as it was a good snow season this year, but the service and maintenance of the mountain for skiers is horrible and not organised at all.
There are no signs for the trails, the ones that do exist are covered by snow/ice and not maintained, and if you are a beginner to intermediate you better hope you don't turn out on the wrong slope..
Classes were cancelled yesterday due to weather, management/staff did not even have the decency to call or email us. We were waiting at the car park for 3 hours till we decided it was time to leave. And the next day i had to visit them to sort it out as noone had still made contact. And of course, you don't get your money back but it will be a credit to buy things i don't need as i have already bought all my gear... It is ridiculous.
Getting to the restaurant, the tables are dirty.
Getting to the car, there are no maintenance stations to clean your gear before you put it in your car.
The whole mountain is just to make money with customer service not existent.
