点评:I don’t normally write reviews like this, but I feel compelled after the absolute shambles of trying to plan a 3-day trip to Falls Creek with my kids.
Let’s start with the price: over $2,400 for lift tickets, one lesson, and gear hire for just three days. That’s not luxury chalet living – that’s just to stand on the snow. Then, after spending hours trying to figure out a way to make it remotely affordable, I find out they charge an extra fee just to load the pass onto a card. Are you kidding me?
Tried reaching out to customer service to ask about an early-bird discount extension due to a medical injury. No response. Not once. Not in three weeks. They have no phone number. No chat. Just an ignored email inbox and a smiling marketing team telling you to book now before the price gouges you even harder.
The system is opaque, bloated with sneaky fees, and deliberately unhelpful. This isn’t a family resort anymore – it’s a machine squeezing every last cent out of people who just want to give their kids a taste of the snow.
We’ve decided to take our family (and our money) elsewhere – to a different snowfield that actually values people over profits. If you're planning your first trip, I strongly recommend you do the same.
Falls Creek, you need to seriously rethink your ethics. At this point, you're not just disappointing your customers – you're driving them away.
