Assistant Manager, Anastasia, can’t cancel it for wahtever reason. I wait for 30 minutes. She makes multiple calls. The outcome? I have had to give them 24-hour notice to cancel the appointment. Well, nobody told me this on Wednesday, and I was not even on the premises for most of the day.
So I leave. Out of 150 Euros.
