点评：Maffco Brewery is a century-old Maffra milk factory, reborn as a craft brewery and distillery, where you can sip on exceptional brews and spirits while surrounded by repurposed materials like old milk vats and bricks, a true taste of regional history and community spirit served up with a side of local produce.
It is housed in the old Willsmere Milk Factory, a massive building that once produced milk and dairy products for the community. The owners meticulously salvaged and reused materials from the original factory, transforming old timber, milk vats, and the building's bricks into stunning features like pendant lights and furniture, preserving its legacy.
The old cheese press as a light, the factory's own bricks as building materials – it's a testament to clever recycling and a deep appreciation for heritage that makes you smile at the ingenuity.

We ate upstairs on the mezzanine level where it was a bit quieter. Customer service was ripper here... one staff member even shared a bit of the history of the building with us.
