点评:Where do I start, the hotel is at a very convenient location. Front desk staff is perfect. Cleaners are perfect. Great service. HOWEVER my experience at double Dutch cafe was by far the worst ever. I stayed the 4-11 August I got breakfast there daily. I was welcomed with stinking attitude on a regular by one particular lady wearing a bonnet and nose pierced multiple times who made eye contact with other staff members. Everyday was something new she never ever has change no matter what time of the day you visit the cafe. She is very rude and out of order. She answers customers like she is the owner of the hotel and your monies do not count. We had a back a fort because after picking up my food and drinks she then told me she have no change and was like “ same as yesterday, no change.” I said you need to do better she was like ok ok ok making a mockery. That kind of service will run any customer. I am a paying customer that young lady need serious training she has absolutely no customer service. That is not all. My boyfriend purchased some fruits he took them back because they were spoiled she watch him dead in the face and say “ I thought you not coming back downstairs but you come now the fruits spoil.” Now tell me what kind of service is she providing. Was he to eat stale fruits? Was she going to cover his doctor bill? The same energy and time she took to be disrespectful she need to monitor the fridge and make sure their products are up to date and stop being so damn lazy . If am to ever visit sxm again I won’t be spending not even $1 at the establishment that cafe . Worst customer service award goes to her and she is only giving the cafe a bad name. Terrible terrible service!!!!!!!
