Philmont Scout Ranch的点评
点评：My first time visiting Philmont Scout Ranch, a two week stay waiting on my crew to finish a 9-day trek in the north range. Myself and two fellow scout families took advantage of the Family Camp Adventure program and luxury tents through the Philmont Training Center. And the lodging accommodations did not disappoint. While the bunk bed room was limited in space we made use of the main bedroom as our lounging area and luggage storage. Weather during our June stay was between 82 H -50 L degrees. We usually left zippered window panels down even in the evening. There was a space heater in the main room if we felt we needed some heat which we only used as temps reached 50 at night. The PTC had a quartermaster closet that offered additional blankets pillows and towels. The family shower houses were always kept clean and hot water was available during non-peak use times. Warm water was always available otherwise. The Sante Fe Cafe, a common area building for those in west tent city and luxury tenting, offered lounge seating, table seating, coffee station, microwave and WiFi.
