点评:Sadly, PCMR is not what it used to be thanks to Vails takeover. What used to be beautiful maintained and groomed runs are ignored presumably in an effort to save money by the corporate giant. Runs are being choked off with scrub oak and aspen trees poking through even the deepest snow. Chairlift maintenance is almost non existent with getting stuck on a chair or gondola a daily event due to equipment long past its due date for replacement. Promises were made by vail to improve the area but that all seems to be a social media marketing ploy. It seems that Vail corp (the parent company) is more concerned about shareholder value than epic pass holders. Surprisingly, Vail chose recently to reinstate Rob Katz who created this Walmart style management system to run the company again after the share price lost 70% of its value. As a result, PCMR has lost the allure it once had
