点评：We were incredibly lucky to have Kasun from Chathu Lanka Tours as our guide in Sri Lanka. From the very beginning, he was friendly, kind, and professional, and over the course of our 6 days together he became more like family than a guide.
Kasun showed us an authentic side of Sri Lanka that we would never have experienced on our own. He had an amazing itinerary planned but was always happy to adapt to our interests and pace. When my husband became unwell, Kasun immediately arranged for him to see a doctor, which gave us huge peace of mind. I also have specific dietary requirements, and he personally spoke to every restaurant we ate at to make sure I was well looked after – something I truly appreciated.
What really sets Kasun apart is how far he goes above and beyond. Even after our tour ended, he continued to check in on us and help via messages. One moment we will never forget: it was my husband’s 50th birthday after our tour had finished, and Kasun surprised us by turning up at a restaurant with a cake and coconut arrack so we could celebrate together. That evening is a very special memory for us and says everything about the kind of person he is.
Kasun is a truly special human being, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are considering a guide in Sri Lanka, you will be in the very best hands with him.
